My Projects

I am a junior technical communicator. I am building my portfolio and, in the process, developing and consolidation my technical and strategic skills, information architecture knowledge, and content design expertise. I am gaining hands-on experience with workflows using various techniques, including browser-based systems such as Basecamp. I am learning to place the user at the centre of all content development, not only in theory, through the creation of personas, but also in practice, by reviewing, rewriting, and creating content with users’ needs always in mind.
